Never before in our history has one man exercised such unbridled discretion affecting the lives of so many of us, while simultaneously preventing others — Congress, the courts, the American people — from having a say or even knowing what he’s going to do next.
This is what dictatorship looks like.
We are in very dark times. It’ll take an entire political/social movement, an overwhelming rebuke at the polls, and a new vision of governance to unstick this country from whatever this collapse is.
To hell with prayers! It is PAST time to see the reality. To see what guns do to people, to our children. Time to see the blood flowing and our children in pieces, to hear the cries. Time to see surgeons trying to save them. It is PAST time for open caskets. Let us all see the reality as it is.
