In my area, the problems are heavily with basic e-scooters, only some basic ebikes. Every now and then, there's some dork on a self-balancing scooter speeding down the road. Wearing ear buds while riding is a big problem too--worse when in the opposite direction in a bike lane or among pedestrians.

  1. Yea, it's basically Fury Road around your university.

    I see very few ebikes around the campus neighborhoods, but tons of scooters.

    Though I got passed by a guy on one of these which can apparently reach nearly 90 mph. Guy was all in black, no lights, no license of course. Suspected organ donor.
