I stocked up when trump "won" back in November. Literally everything is up... It's so nice to save a handful of coins on gas when we're spending $60-100+ more, on groceries weekly!

Kansas just did this and that was my exact opinion. Supposedly this will cut down on bullying ("then in turn curve violence"). Yeah right, bullies will still be allowed to bully just like before cellphones! Not to mention that during school shootings, students call for help (911)more than not.
