  1. The problem I see is most places have still not normalised or are willing to accept and accomodate basic bicycles, and this new tech is a very easy way to prejudice against the entire cycling community. It's like simultaneously asking people to accept the legalisation of cannabis and crack.

  2. When the least employable, most workshy people in the country have been alienated, by Labour that previously could guarantee their vote just by pointing the finger at actual working people labelling them as elitist or middle class cheats, Reform simply added in pointing the finger at minorities too.

  3. Correct me if I'm wrong Sarah, not long ago I recall you saying words to the effect: "Give Starmer a chance". It was increasingly apparent that Labour had just been keeping the chairs warm until another fascist Blairite opportunity arose, and where this will end was already becoming obvious.

  4. I've said this a lot, it could apply here too. Mainstream paper newspapers have very few industries left that still advertise with them as it's more expensive and less effective than online. The automotive industry is one of the only ones that still does. So now newspapers rely on car dependency.

  5. Watch the documentary: Requiem for Detroit. The city was designed and built by Ford to instill car dependency, racial and class segregation and to prevent workers having any career mobility or alternatives. Seems It was only really an economic powerhouse for the wealthiest.

  6. I really don't know why Labour supporters are shocked that the party that led Britain into an illegal war with Iraq and Afghanistan to steal oil, that prefer propping up outdated polluting industry to tackling climate change, don't understand or care about immigration and a migrant crisis.
