ICE needs to be dismantled and every "officer" needs to be prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned for their crimes.

Absolutely. Would a court see it as "resisting arrest" if the officers involved had refused to identify themselves? If they're sane and upholding their oath to the Constitution they shouldn't.

If you're approached by an armed masked man who refuses to identify himself, assume he's trying to kidnap you and act accordingly. We're at the point where everyone who can should take self defense classes and bystander awareness training.

I believe all rights are human rights and people should be able to live however makes them comfortable as long as it's not hurting anyone else. Too bad the right wing doesn't understand that them feeling icky doesn't count as being hurt.

It's time for blue state Governors and Legislators with some intestinal fortitude to approach the UN for help. We're not a signatory to the ICC, but what he's ordering ICE to do is a clear violation of internationally accepted human rights. OHCHR should have jurisdiction, I'd think.
