The thing about the “the courts are a sick joke therefore there’s no point in contesting even cases clearly in our favor” is that irrefutably demonstrating the court is a sick joke is a necessary step to delegitimizing it if that is indeed the case.

If someone starts talking to me about quantum physics, I know with near certainty that they know less than nothing about actual quantum physics. If they're winding up about 'quantum states' or 'superpositions' I have about 8 seconds to evacuate before they bring up telepathy.
