K&G were appointed by a felon, who lied and cheated his way into the presidency. It’s very rich that anyone would defend cancelling scientific research on the basis of no precedent, by a rogue S.Ct. who totally ignored precedent in their disgraceful Dobbs decision and their made-up “shadow docket”.

Not attempting to defend the RWNJ brigade, but it's not "their made-up shadow docket." The shadow docket has always existed because there are ALWAYS cases that come up outside of the regular session that can't wait until the next session. 1/
