  1. As you well know, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are legacy Supremes. If not for their mothers' despicable roles in previous Republican administrations, these feckless boobs would not have these lifetime jobs. Payback time.

  2. These Justices seem to have forgotten the fidelity is to the Constitution not to the Justices perverting it. Their rulings are neither infallible nor written in stone. It is the Constitution that endures even when legislation comes & goes. Whatever their interpretations, they too shall come to pass

  3. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are among the last that should be opining about judicial integrity.

  4. Respect scotus is an oxymoron! They deserve absolutely no respect, most particularly in the realm of the shadow docket. This court abuses the shadow docket with impunity forgoing any legal/public discourse over their, often anonymous, "decisions". We desperately need reform of the Supreme Court.

  5. I know Judge Young. I have appeared before him a number of times. I do not always agree with him--sometimes I have disagreed quite strongly--but he has always been a person of the utmost integrity. (Unlike certain members of the Extreme Court.)

  6. Goursch and Kavanaugh are really not great at their jobs! Thomas and Alito are really not great at their jobs! Barrett is not great at their job! Robert’s is not great at their job! Each had a duty to uphold the constitution but failed! They twisted the constitution to suit their agenda!

  7. Ugh! These are the SCOTUS members that on interview questioning swore by'stare decisis' - respect the existing court precedences. Now it's to follow the unfollowing corrupt courts rulings that trash existing ruling precedence. There is no integrity in America's highest court.

  9. Gorsuch and Beerboy (along with their 4 comrades) fucked up royally, got called out, and can't take it, so they dump on someone with less power. That's the level of maturity in the Court's majority today. Not fit to judge anyone or anything. Not fit to serve in any public office whatsoever. SHAME.

  10. I will impugn Gorsuch’s and Kavanaugh’s integrity and fidelity every day, all day. Both of them are lapdogs to @realdonaldtrump, and will undercut precedent if Trump asks them to do so.

  11. Good read. SCOTUS judges have taken big money, family members actively supported J6 and have overturned precedent openly and in their “shadow dockets”. Trump has broad immunity and a MAGA SCOTUS majority overturning most lower court rulings in Trumps favor. America is fucked for now.

  12. It seems like the SC Justices are taking a page out of trump's behavior manual. Demanding respect, when it's not deserved, for irrational or illogical actions.

  13. We have now an ABUSIVE GOVERNMENT who are Violating our HUMAN RIGHTS by Abusive and Exploitive Human beings for their own Selfish Egocentric Agenda.

  14. i hope to see more like this from the district judges -- basically a revolt against SCOTUS ...

in fact saying, Oh Yeah -- you gonna force us to follow your poorly written, legally ignorant opinions??

  15. They are two toadies from the Heritage Foundation and Project 2025. They do not want to uphold the Constitution but rather enact their belief system to control and alter American life. We absolutely need to expand the court for real justice to resume

  16. This supreme court needs to be expanded. When Dems get power, end the filibuster and expand the court to 15 (please don't come hear and tell me 13 districts now), put term limits and age limits on it. This country really needs term limits on our legislators too.

  17. ". . . fidelity to supreme court precedent." I was not aware, based on the actions of the current supreme court, that any such thing existed.

  18. It’s awful that an honest judge is having to apologize to those crooks.

  19. Grosuch and Kavanagh (Roberts, Thomas, Brett, Alito) are biased, tainted, and compromised justices. They should not be in any court, let alone the SCOTUS.

  20. Your input means a lot!

This type of reaction, behavior & language is unbecoming of a SCOTUS justice!

Then again, what have conservative justices done lately that isn't out of line??

  21. If I correctly remember, didn’t Justice Thomas affirm that stare decisis was for when the Court didn’t want to think ?

Seems a bit rich on the part of Justices Gorsuch & Kavanaugh to go after Justice Breyer because he dared to set stare decisis aside.

Or is this a prerogative only for SCOTUS ?

  22. The things we latch onto for any sense of a win. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh made a horrible accusation and attacked Young on the permanent record. Breyer basically said, "No, he's a good judge."

It's been decades since good men have responded at the level to which the offenses of the indecent demand.

  23. This SCOTUS is the most ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL court in 235 years 🤡

Americans- GET OFF YOUR BUTTS-START PROTESTING SCOTUS DECISIONS THAT ARE KILLING THIS DEMOCRACY 😡

    THE MAGA 6 are Corrupt👺

They want 1850 America NOT 2026

Make them KNOW we see what they are doing-

    KILLING DEMOCRACY F SCOTUS

  24. It’s troubling that key MAGA figures are openly saying they plan to cancel fair elections, and most major media outlets don’t seem interested.

“How is it that only Democracy Docket is covering this unfolding authoritarian takeover?” our founder Marc Elias asked this week.

  25. And the SCOTUS is poised to take more of our constitutional rights away. Out of line is just what they do. The court is the biggest threat to the US and gave us Donald Trump. You can't reform these 7 justices.

  26. K&G were appointed by a felon, who lied and cheated his way into the presidency. It’s very rich that anyone would defend cancelling scientific research on the basis of no precedent, by a rogue S.Ct. who totally ignored precedent in their disgraceful Dobbs decision and their made-up “shadow docket”.

  27. All Kavanaugh or Gorsuch need to set things right is point out Breyer is a liberal.

  28. Yes, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were badly out of line, but they're in line with the reactionary neo-Nazi coup in motion that continues to decapitate the government. Questioning one's integrity to an organization instead of the Constitution is fascism right out of the Nazi playbook

  29. It is a shame that Biden did not reform the Court when he/Dems had the chance; i.e. expand, ethics policy, impeachment for perjury during nomination process, etc.

    0
  30. Yup, but who's going to stop those 2 corrupt SCROTII arseholes? Spoiler: NOBODY. We now live in Orange fascist HELL.

  31. Maybe this will be the way to straighten out the SCOTUS. More and more judges should speak out and question the obviously unconstitutional decisions that are being made by them.

    0
  32. Justice Kennedy should also publicly support Appeals Court Judge William Young who - as Justice Breyer points out - has an impeccable record and was unjustly attacked by Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. The more public condemnation of rogue Justices and members of Congress is voiced, the better.

    0
  33. That Judge Young had to take jabs from Gorsuch—a lightweight jurist and as ham-handed a scribe and faux intellectual we’ve seen on this court in decades—is despicable. The Kavanaugh pile-on was merely more cover for their willingness to spew vague BS in support of Trump’s emergency applications.
