Had the same with a makeover bathroom guy. I had a passing interest in a makeover, guy shows up at the door so I said sure, take a look at the bathroom and give me a ballpark. He replies that he will schedule a 2 hour presentation on it and the cost. Same as you. Overestimated my interest.
