Yep, pretty much every authoritarian/authoritarian wannabe has their hands in the "influence other countrys' politics" effort by flooding the zone w/ propaganda. Big targets are US/UK & nations Putin wants control of to "reunify" Russia. Conservatives have pretty unpopular policies, they need help.

Thank you, I'm really just bristled by the wording of the quote, because things just get twisted so much by people with an agenda (not Bulwark). It's exhausting knowing how many people will twist things to suit their identity politics.
