“Want to use rich people to your advantage?” is a bizarre phrase.
You could pay $25 hour anyway.
You could be a little less wealthy if you wanted to & pay employees better & have stock be a part of a worker package if you wanted to.
The idea you need a $ “incentive” to do so is revealing.
