That's very often the case. Unfortunately for me these aren't personal projects so that's not an option.
I might have gone overboard on a project or two. ...again.
This year I've sent dozens of applications and been through interviews for the IT day job I've performed for decades, and after today's latest "thanks but no" canned email, I realized it's not worth keep flogging a dead horse.
Don't know yet what's next for me, but in the meantime:
