Back when I was (briefly) earning obscene money in geneva, I was top of the list for invites to food and wine trips round Europe among "friends". Funny how now I'm on budget mode I'm no longer in those groups. The wealthy get uncomfortable around anyone whose plastic doesn't match their lifestyle 😑
