Nothing can be “enshrined” in law, at least in any sensible way.
Laws can always be repealed, or disregarded.
Law is not magic.
Laws cannot be given a magic, sort-duper status by “enshrining” them.
Beware of knaves and fools that talk of “enshrining” law.
