Anyway, support your furry writers, there are more of us than you think, and getting eyes on our stuff is SO hard with icons the size of an ant's tennis shoe, and previously, no nice in-browser way to display anything greater than a txt file.

Freelance artists don't get paid enough. That's the entire problem. They're being expected to pump out a workload of like 15 different pieces from 15 different clients a month, every month, just to make ends meet. Of course they're all burnt out and falling behind.

I've ended up having fallouts on Youtube with a couple of extremes - musicians using genAI for their visuals and animators using genAI for their voices. Both use the same kind of excuses - "no budget/not enough skill". What happened to solidarity between artists?!?

My blood boils over creatives who use genAI for one part of a process then expect people to fawn over the things they make. Why does an artist from another discipline not deserve at least the bare minimum respect?
