  1. Two things: one, Australian politics, the other, international affairs. First, it is refreshing that Bob Katter still hasn't had a brain implant. Secondly, as the U.S. is intent on becoming as important financially and politically potent as Nauru, I think it's time to throw our lot in with China.

  2. If the ICC had any influence in the world, why is Israel not almost totally isolated? Why are countries still trading with it? It has ignored international law since 1948, yet its inhumanity is not only tolerated but protected.

  3. Australia does not care about international law and hasn't for a long time. It is also blindingly obvious that the ICC is a spent force and countries can do whatever they like without consequence because its decisions are ignored. If that is not true, how does Netanyahu travel internationally?

  4. Has the worm finally turned? A movie has been made that I can see no way of being spun to enhance Israel's reputation. And I am champing at the bit to see it. The Voice of Hind Rajab, please rush its release. I'm saving up my tears.

  5. Don't worry, your administration has it covered. A harmless puppy killer is monitoring the situation, silence from Pres. ASFAIK, but he will soon say he is the best shot ever, like nobody's seen before. And the NRA will demand more guns. But after a shooting is not the time to talk about shootings.

  6. Reading about the U.S. is the most intriguing thing I do. Sad, I know, but true. I read the AP's "The Morning Wire," and in the summary is the Cracker Barrel logo. With all the shit that is happening in the U.S., with your democracy teetering at the edge of the abyss, that is news!

  7. And yet Republicans are supporting everything Trump does or says. Politicians' top 10 objectives are to stay in power at all costs and at anyone's expense, so why? Gerrymandering and the armed forces on the streets, challenging postal ballots and voter machines may be a clue.
