US Flag Code (title 4 Chapter 1 section 8k. When a flag is worn tattered or no longer a fitting emblem it should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning. So it is not an offence to burn an American flag.

When a flag is past its best the most appropriate way to dispose of it is to burn it. Not put into landfill.

People need to peacefully flood the streets of Chicago in such numbers that the military wing of the Republican Party are kettled in side streets and have their movements restricted. Street parties everywhere
