Well YOU don’t find them funny. Just as lots of people don’t find “woke” comedians funny. I’m not going to get in to this thing where people proclaim that what they don’t find funny is objectively bad.

I've never understand "woke is ruining comedy" coz just...watch the comedians you like then. Stop watching the ones you don't like who are all woke n that. Watch your faves, often on Netflix or in massive venues live. They're all there, doing their little jokes you agree with.

My favourite thing about that Marc Maron excerpt is the simple retort it offers us for when people continue to complain about "woke". "Great, well, the governments all listened to you. You won. Everyone you hate is miserable. Now shut the fuck up about it."
