A law to protect children that doesn't protect them but instead exposes millions of adults, accessing non-porn websites, to identity fraud is a stupid law.
Labour say they won't rule out banning VPNs in the future. Why trust them not do something as stupid as that?

Labour are sleep walking into letting Reform in because they come over as a party of naive puritans.

Doesn't matter to mainstream Labour voters but there are a significant number of people pissed off by the OSA.
Torry policy and Labour passed it without any thought of the side effects.
Some will want to send a message to Labour regardless and Reform are the only party talking about examining it.

I love the engineering trade offs involved with the weight of the panels and the capture area.
I think if I was working on a solar powered train I'd look at laying a continuous strip of panels on the track between the rails and and have the trains adapted to clean them as they travel over the top.

Yep, won't go anywhere for the same reasons we don't allow simple statistical correlation to be used for profiling.
If Labour really wanted to reduce "pre-crime" they'd drop the buzz words and pump money into deprived areas because we already know crime is heavily correlated with deprivation.

The Mozilla Foundation seems to focused on other goals now so when not get in as the guy that gives the world a better faster, more private web experience?

I wish that Mozilla was just about making Firefox better.
It was crazy when they canned the Servo team to save money and then, coincidentally, giving their old CEO masive million dollar pay rises every year for her political work.
It's a betrayal of the donations they get (well at least mine).
