alsoooooo, my creatine experiment has been a (mostly) resounding success 💪🏻 I say mostly because I was using monohydrate, and it was going great, up until it started giving me awful GI distress 😭 I don't think it's a placebo effect, either, as it took me several days to put two and two together...
