Cheers man. Yeah it’s always weird how face to face all the Med folk - Greeks, Italians etc are so warm and friendly and yet on the road everyone’s a fucking killer. Up yer arse, over taking on bends, at junctions etc. never a wave of thx if you wait for them etc. BATSHIT!

Wicked and fresh. I discovered a motorised roller thing down the gym recently that miraculously irons out muscle tears and aches. If you have one at yours lob yer leg on it!
