Sentencing absolutely has something to do with it. He is not a convicted felon. No matter how much you want it to be true..it just isn’t.

Wrong. His accountants followed every tax code as was WRITTEN by the IRS. It’s not his fault the government doesn’t have their shit together. That makes him smart, but certainly not a criminal.

Except he wasn’t convicted of rape nor is he a convicted felon until sentencing occurs which has now been delayed indefinitely. Not to be nit picky but those are the facts.
