I hate all of this so much, it's un-American and wrong. I'm an old white lady so I don't have experience with this kind of discrimination but I still want to avoid any proximity to ICE or cops just on principle. I expect it won't be long before they decide to target elderly and disabled people too.

Now that we know the details, how could a blunder like this have happened? Who authorized ICE to raid the plant? Did no one ask the plant owners/managers who the workers were? This is a massively expensive mistake, with no way to fix it except to bring them back, but would they even want to return?

In my experience I don't get a reaction to flu or Covid shots until the next day. I really don't feel anything at the time, but when I wake up the next morning it hits me. It only lasts a day or two at most.

Never mind that most of us live in cities, so by that logic, only about 20% of Americans are "real." Urban centers drive culture, the economy, and innovation, but sure, he's demonizing the majority of the population. I live in a Blue city and as far as I know, I am absolutely 100% real.

I assume some of them are but it's not a high priority for news organizations to run stories about things like that. We can't have sober, serious, and highly educated experts denouncing loonies on tv, can we? Think of the ratings! On the other hand, if the AMA held a presser, it might get noticed.
