Lifetimes are spent in organizations trying to "impact" livelihoods in the deep global south. Very few make their innovations publicly available, in order to secure funding. Even a small number of open source designs would free entire markets from dystopian extractionism, but they do not exist.

Not only that, they slay the people of the perpetrating king shortly after the circumcision, when "the pain of their wounds was the greatest." It seems God neither condemns nor rewards the act immediately, though I'm sure it all plays out in the histories.
