They’ve never wanted to get rid of immigrants. Trump married 2 immigrants. Trump’s mother was an immigrant, as was his grandfather. They want to get rid of brown & black immigrants, legal or illegal. And they want to strip the children of brown and black immigrants of their citizenship.

They also elected Trump to get rid of immigrants with brown or black skin, prevent women from being able to make their own medical decisions, make life hell for trans people, destroy DEI, & shove their brand of “Christianity” down all our throats.

Going forward, we have to actually vote for Dems & Dem initiatives, because they cannot help us if they have no power. Stop believing a politician in the form of a savior is going to swoop down to save us. It’s our job to save ourselves, & we’ve done a piss-poor job at it. We can do better.

Governors are not kings of their states, any more than Trump is the king of the US. The govs of the blue states follow their laws because their state supreme courts and their state legislatures require them to. I know it’s inconvenient, but the way to give Dems power is to vote them into office.
