I don't think threatening to mass evict New Yorkers if you think their apartments are too affordable is likely to make you mayor but maybe I'm wrong and he'll start rocketing up the polls any say now.

I'd say this server lucked out that the person they chose to sexually harass was just barely not a minor but they had no way of knowing that.

I didn't say anything about AI and I would have had the same opinion about email 10 years ago. People gotta clear out those inboxes once in a while.

I agree but I also think the average person probably should be forcibly sat down and made to clear out their email at least once a year for their own good.

In fairness of the two possible factors in this accident (guy was old/guy was speeding), the speeding is the only one we know for sure contributed to the crash.

I can think of reasons why maybe this effort could fail (gay Republicans exist, some of them are married, and some of those are big money donors), but nothing's off the table anymore so I'd never say it couldn't happen.

There's still the wildcard element of "caving and cutting a deal doesn't actually get you off the hook."

Part of this is just the agency problem where people across the political spectrum treat conservative voters as some immutable force that can only be appeased while the rest of us actual human beings are the ones expected to sacrifice what we want to make them happy.
