I assume it would be illegal to charge for water in a hotel in the UK.
Hotels generally have licenses to serve alcohol and therefore must, by law, provide free drinking water upon request.
Also tap water in the UK is drinkable, and often higher quality than bottled water.
I'm sold!

We have resources like "talk to Frank" and that's helped in this case.
So when a young person is being abused and exploited by their parents and they need to find information about what is happening to them because their parents are telling them it's all normal and ok... then we should trust those same parents to give the child the knowledge that the abuse is not ok?
I'm not sure how old '3rd grade' is. Banning books outright is not the answer. This book can be a good resource for young people who have passed puberty. Children who have good sex-ed are better armed against sexual abuse and exploitation. There needs to be more nuance than just "ban it".
