It is now the 8th anniversary of Mania so time to dig up some Sonic trivia... This year, it's Kanga Clanga! (aka the Kangus). This lovable robo-roo originally lived in the outback but now entertains us all in Pinball Carnival Zone!

That is beautiful. Did Evening Star's work on this prototype go on to influence the development of Penny's Big Breakaway? I can't help but notice a lot of similarities between that game & this proto's art styles.

    Yeah I believe they scrapped this project to then work on Penny's Big Breakaway, while SEGA then moved on to Sonic Superstars.
