The #1 predictor of our demise? Dem voters who think yelling at Republicans gets results. The real power is in hammering OUR leaders with unrelenting pressure. That’s where change happens...or it doesn’t happen at all.

  1. People NEED to stand up. Unfortunately people these days are weak. Mentally and physically. Under-educated. On purpose.

  2. Jack has the account been hacked? Yes the old guard needs to retire! But yelling at GOP dirtbags works! They like to hide the lies. Attacking our own is the GOP dream! So end the Dem Bash! Big picture buddy! The Dictator is here! We must fight to try and stop the GOP 1 more time! Or Hungary USA.

  3. I still think both is worthwhile. Granted the focus should be on our people but huge backlash does work. The right will never listen to reason but relentless opposition and impossible unpopularity matters

  4. You're wrong, Jack. Dems don't have true leaders right now - they don't know what to do, how to say. They failed miserably.

  5. AND WE NEED MINORITY LEADER, Chuck Schumer replaced as senate leader! Nothing personal, he is our senator. He has been in congress 50 yrs now! Times like these we need a different fighter! He is not up for the job!

  6. This right here. It’s also great to channel all of the negative anger and turn it in to a positive. I go out for a walk, make a call, change the world and all of the sudden my mojo is back.

  7. Agree. Playing defense isn’t gonna win this game. We need a better offense.

Screaming into the wind is just wasting everyone’s energy. The energy needs to be creating the change we want to see.

  8. No question. AOC and Bernie just keep rolling on. I hope Newsom will do what he says in CA. Hochul is stuck with trying to redistrict when NY’s constitution requires two successive legislative sessions and then voter approval. That can’t happen by the midterms. Hopefully she will find another way.

  10. Gotta agree with ya. The brainwashed are lost, so talking to them is useless.

Dem leaders have to get it together and give the still rational folks a plan to bring all of us together. And get it done soon.

  11. I believe we are at a point now where we are clinging to the carcass of our old constitutional republic, every institution has been compromised. Even an electoral win isn’t going to shut down this machine. The system needs rebuilt.

  12. The Democrats should use all lawful means to stop the Republicans in Congress from making any actions. There should be disruptive challenges to everything the Republicans propose.

  13. We need a nationwide pressure campaign against the entire Republican party.

They are welcoming authoritarianism. They are allowing Trump to exercise his worst instincts.

They have lost their way. Redirect them.

  14. We are in this moment because of (D) complicity. Most (D) leaders take AIPAC money and are funded by corporate influences. That renders them just as corrupt as any (R). If we want to trust them, we need to give them the opportunity to earn it in how they're held accountable to do better.

  15. Phone calls to the congressman only go so far. If you want pressure then you need something visual like the Not my king protests. Organize it and get people in the streets.

  16. Embarrass and ridicule republicans. Embrace and support democrat fighters and run off Democrats that aren’t fighting.

  17. yah, the ACA vote in 2017 was the last time you could convince Republican reps that their constituents mattered. "never again," they vowed
