I am sad to report that Professor Ed Tang is dead at 96. He taught me undergrad quantum mechanics. He was great teacher and like the best QM instructors he was a nuclear theorist.
He once told me, "Look at these hands. Do they look like they've ever touched a screwdriver?"
One of the great ones.
