Do not interpret this as a dismissal of either Kurvitz, Rostov, Hindpere, Tuulik, or any of the other artists and writers who contributed to DE and have since parted ways (amicably or not) with ZA/UM. Again, it's not my place to arbitrate that. It's the courts.
Let's just see what this becomes.

I will never wish failure on either a game or a studio, whatever my own thoughts wrt: the behind-the-scenes controversy involving ZA/UM.
It's not my place to weigh anyone's heart against a feather.
I'm not a stan; I'm a writer.
I just want to meet the work where it is and for what it is.

This ZA/UM is not the same ZA/UM that created Disco Elysium.
That's part of why I'm intrigued by this — not just the art, music, premise, etc. — but because I wanna see what this iteration of ZA/UM is capable of... in spite of everything that's occurred since Disco Elysium.
