Votes in blue states are already diluted by the unfair electoral college system and only allowing states to have two senators despite population. Wyoming voters have 3.6 times the voting power of a Californian voter. Do not wait... blue states need to redistrict just to get to baseline again.

In 2021 every single Democrat in Congress voted for HR1 to ban gerrymandering, but republicans unanimously opposed HR1 and filibustered the bill. Gerrymandering has resulted in Republicans sneakily picking up at least 16 congressional seats in the last election & controlling the federal government.
