I think you are right, getting the FT, may be the best way to stay informed, because the WaPo and NYT are useless.

No they are really sick right now. The issue is there are some really good teams and with more Asian players coming to the US, and players keeping in great shape, edge advantages become small.

Roger is another 1964 phillies fade season in the offing? With wild cards, I doubt it, but I remember that season as a young, kid, and I could not believe their luck. Or bad luck.
