Did I have a typo? The Doctrine, at least according to Regan's own Reganlibrary.gov, was ment to prevent "biased agenda" by requiring networks to "devote time to contrasting views on issues of public importance."
Grrr, Reaganlibrary.gov . I always forget that extra "a".
