A brain aneurysm like mine is considered a TBI! I was in a study at the VA once that included survivors with all forms of TBI.

Right, if you read books or watch movies from the early to mid 20th century it seems like everybody in the city lives in a residential hotel (aka SRO) or boarding house!

Definitely need to get rid of BLANKET pardons.
The only pardons I've liked are those for whole CLASSES of people, e.g. people with simple marijuana convictions. Otherwise they seem like get out of jail free cards for wealthy white collar criminals.
