Having lived in Texas 28 years, I can assure its Supreme Court will remove all Democrats from office if Gov Maggott asks it too. The TxSCt makes the USSCt look like a fair and impartial body. Think of 9 Alitos, or 9 Thomas’s, all on one court. It’s that bad.

It works because his MAGA base has been ignoring reality for years … like if you deport all the immigrants, ‘Muricans will take over their jobs … if you get rid of gay marriage, they’ll be no more homosexuals … if you ban abortion (not sure how they finish that one)

Yes, and he is further motivated knowing that the Supreme Court has his back, no matter how unconstitutional or depraved he becomes. Only We the People can stop him, with protests, civil disobedience, taking away the House next year, and rejecting his chosen successor in ‘28
