"Apocalypse traffic" could mean gridlock or no sign of anybody anywhere, please be specific when you come to me on this the day of how much beef jerky I need

Apocalypse traffic is when I will have to drive home this evening at rush hour. (I’ll be on the Ventura freeway but I hope the Horsemen take either PCH or the 118) You have until then to sort out your beef jerky situation. Be safe.

"Apocalypse traffic" means brain seeking zombies wandering into traffic and getting splatted, rarely finding what they need (there's no brains in rush hour traffic, just living zombies). Anything less is just a minor glitch.
