Rather cld have corrected her (professionally advised) error before reporting it.
I suspect that wouldn’t alter your view of the incident?
The jury is out on the professional advice.
- Did the advice come from someone who was qualified to give it given the circumstances
- Did she give full disclosure of all the relevant facts to the person giving the advice - if not, it is not professional advice.
- Who gave the advice?
