Workers pay the price of management’s mistakes: layoffs, cancellations, staff shortage and overproduction, crunch, abuse culture, and so many more. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the people who build this industry in the first place.

Absolutely! Our union is a home for all game workers, so we wanted to make sure dues were accessible for all members. We have quite a few freelancers within our ranks, and we plan to keep it that way. 💪
