This evening's run continues to be in the city. I did the same run I've been doing lately, but in the opposite direction. I think I like it this way better & might continue until the parks reopen. Also, having taken a small nap before supper, I felt pretty good during the run. #running
This evening's bike ride was a bit cool. The wind has shifted out of the north, producing a surprising wind chill. I wore my long sleeve vest, so was fine. Even better, whatever was making me tired 2 days ago has passed. Climbed hills 1, 2 &b 3 on 4th gear. #cycling
Today's bike ride was early enough in the morning before the heat kicked in. The ride went well, though I was a bit tired. I think I'm not eating a proper breakfast on Saturdays & that's getting to me. Will try to improve next time. #cycling
This evening's run was again inside the city. The parks are still closed until, at least, tomorrow evening. On a better front, whatever had me so tired yesterday morning has passed. I'm back to full strength. Yay!! Also good, the crazy hot temperatures seem to be over. Yay again. #running
Today's bike ride was a light ride with my daughter in the town of Shediac through its trail system. They have some good circuits that you can use both trails & streets for some 5,6 or 9km rides. If you want to do light bike rides, it's a good place. #cycling
