Not a bad day.... took my friend, who has MND and can't drive, to the podiatrist. Discovered he'd got the day wrong and came home again. Exciting life, innit? 😅😅

Well, for breakfast I had a bowl of muesli and a slice of toast. During the morning, three black coffees (no sugar). Lunch: homemade fruit salad (mandarin, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries) and a slice of cheddar. Dinner: to be decided. It's only 3pm here.
