Also, it’s not Welsh Gov’s fault that the 20mph speed limit was implemented badly. That sits with the local authorities who interpreted the law, and reduced the speed limit in areas where it probably didn’t need to be.
In residential areas, 20 is plenty, and makes no difference to journey times.
I told you so - “get rid of managers” is the beginning and the end of their “plan”. The fact is that the NHS doesn’t have enough operational managers and administrative support… this is what leads to inefficiencies, and ties clinical staff up with non-clinical work.

I’ve only read the 1st book, and only in the last few weeks, and thought it was great… richer, deeper and better paced. I watched the film last night, and enjoyed it too, but more from a kind of “I wonder how they’ll do that bit…” way. I wonder if I’d have liked it if I came to it all new.

Reform would be incapable of leading a conga, without it degenerating into an absolute mess. The thought of them being in Government in Wales next year is nauseating, but sadly, won’t be surprising.
Sniffing your pomander and crossing the street isn’t washing with anybody. It’s just creating a huge vacuum that Reform are filling - day in, day out - on every media platform.
Reform aren’t capable of running a government, but laziness and misplaced levels of politeness will let them.
