In Unhinged Dissent, Texas Judge Attacks Colleagues — and George Soros

That the USA has a system where it is both possible, and, bizzarely, legal, to draw boundaries on a partisan basis is mind-blowing. That the creation of district maps is anything but an administrative and non-political act, and the USA thinks the opposite, is painfully moronic.
