Yes Crockett is all over it but she is not using the right legal tools or argument or language. She or anyone in Congress needs to speak Constitutionally and not emotionally and that means the Preamble, rebellion to the Constitution and 18 USC 241. Right now it is chicken littling see sadpac.com
