I have two reprint anthos that have been swiped by Meta according to the Lib.Gen database. I will be urging all my authors and their editors to make sure their original copyright is filed.
People who are not in the US may be looking at the item (D) on the list and saying “wait a second, that’s not fair, I’m not a US citizen and by treaty, I don’t HAVE to file for copyright in order to have my rights.”
This is not correct because the US is in violation of its treaty obligations.
