How about states rights and it’s allowed in Texas to break quorum. It’s to protect against the actions of maniacs who aren’t representing the interests of Texans.

Dems are NOT in power. The Republicans have established a playing field and are calling the shots, making the rules. They, are declaring war. An opponent calling the shots and making the rules has to be met on their terms. If they challenge blue states gerrymandering, it’s war and civility is gone.

Given the Republican Party is in power and have changed the playing field and are practicing by new rules, the only option is to get on their playing field and play by their rules. Democrats don’t make the rules but they can follow them. The blue states must aggressively gerrymander.
