Also quaint is the idea that the White House Historical Society that was founded by Jacqueline Kennedy to protect and preserve the Executive Mansion. Now we get a Caesars Palace circa 1979 look where taste is discarded and replaced with vulgarity.

Trump and his cronies filled the media with so much ish that even a relatively well-informed person has a hard time with fact and fiction. My limited understanding:
- Russia targeted American social media and exploited WikiLeaks
- There was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia

If you're ever in Pasadena, California (or haven't done so already), be sure to see Peter Paul Rubens painting of St. Ignatius. I was startled to see it up close as I'm sure it was meant for a more distant placement in its original location, Il Gesu in Rome.

The party's favorability would shoot up dramatically if its leadership disavowed AIPAC and Israel. As it is, there's a cognitive dissonance between the Democratic base and its "leadership." Hakeem Jeffries, Chuck Schumer and Ken Martin are trying to find a middle way when there is none.

The rabbis teach that you're to do the right thing even when you don't want to. Do the right thing and let your intention follow. That means visiting the sick, attending funerals of family members and generally showing up even if you're inconvenienced or don't feel like it. TLDR: Don't be selfish!
