What I meant was the democrats created these programs, and they have had to fight for them, republicans have never been on board with any type of aid, unless they themselves need the aid. But if they are not needing aid right then, they do not ant others to benefit from aid.

Yeah so their idea of low income housing is maybe 1-3 units low income, the rest NOT low income. Take away insurance, disaster, make it so people sell instead of rebuilding and BOOM cheap ass real estate. 1-3 units will be "low income" which is not actually low income. It will start at $1300/ month

We tried. They do not want help. They cheer when dem programs are taken away, dem social security, dem food programs and dem medical aid. Dem FEMA. They all cheered for this. Why would dems help when they obviously cheer when help is taken away? It will be storm damage upon storm damage.
