Gave up first time on patches but at times it was hell. When you sweat they fall off. Lasted 5 years off them that time. Tried a second time to give up using the same method - no use. Just couldn’t do it.
Just go and buy a vape. Start off on the highest milligram and slowly lower the strength.

Wonderful album from start to finish. One of the few. Not a bad song on it. Only others I rate alongside it are Rumours, Hunky Dory, Parklife and Demon Days. Special mention to some of the Beatles albums and Let Go by Avril Lavigne. I have eclectic tastes. 😊
