The US Democratic Party has never been good at self-reflection. After her 2016 loss, Hillary Clinton wrote a a book about why it was the fault of everyone else, but not her.
The people blaming voters (and non=voters) for Harris' loss are doing the same thing.

I used to work for a company where employees were expected to complete an annual self-reflection, signed off by their supervisor, who would also add their own comments.
I hated that exercise, but there's a reason why the company did it. It's also absolutely critical for political parties.
